Terms of Use

Welcome. Void Walker is built to help you armor your phone and, if you choose, work smarter with tools you already own. These Terms are separate from the product pitch — plain legal rules for using the app, this site, and optional power-user features. Please read them before you install, buy, or enable remote access.

1. The product (plain English)

Void Walker is digital armor for Android: tripwires, decoys, optional firewall (Void Shield), risk tools (Seraphim), and an optional in-app shell (Rune Terminal). Core armor does not require remote PC access. Lifetime unlocks and store purchases grant a license to use the software — not a transfer of ownership of our code or marks.

2. Agreement

By installing the app, creating a license activation, purchasing on this site, or tapping I agree on first open or on this page, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

3. Optional remote access (“work from anywhere”)

Some guides describe pairing Rune with a computer you control (for example over a mesh VPN such as Tailscale and SSH). That path is a capability you can set up — not a separate cloud PC we operate.

• Optional. You can use Void Walker for armor only and ignore remote access entirely.
• Your gear, your config. Mesh VPN apps, SSH, keys, PC power, and who may connect are under your control.
• We do not host your machines (PCs, Pis, servers, or other hosts you reach over SSH) or run third-party mesh/VPN services for you. Those products have their own terms.
• Keep it secure and lawful. Prefer strong keys, keep systems updated, and only access machines and networks you are allowed to use.
• Connectivity varies. A powered-off or sleeping PC, network issues, or conflicting VPNs can block remote reach — that is normal, not a defect of the pitch.

4. AS-IS software · no warranty

THE APP, THIS WEBSITE, DOCUMENTATION, AND HOW-TO GUIDES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant error-free operation on every device, OEM skin, or network, or that security features will stop every threat.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, AND OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REMOTE ACCESS, SHELL FEATURES, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Where a jurisdiction does not allow certain limits, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law. For paid licenses, aggregate liability related to that purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that license (unless mandatory law requires otherwise).

6. License keys

Direct lifetime keys must be saved by you. We do not reissue lifetime keys. Do not share keys publicly. Abuse or fraud may result in key revocation.

7. Acceptable use

Use Void Walker only for lawful purposes on devices and networks you are authorized to use. Do not use the software to harm others, violate privacy laws, or attack systems you do not own or administer.

8. Third-party services

Payments (e.g. Stripe, Google Play), hosting (e.g. Vercel), and optional tools (e.g. Tailscale) are separate products. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires a new affirmative consent. Major app updates may show a first-open notice again so you can re-accept.
